Our clients come from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and require your support. This could involve showering, dressing, cooking, household cleaning, grocery shopping, socialising, escorts to medical appointments and transportation needs.

Care workers are key members of the client’s overall support team. Care workers are responsible for working with and directly supporting our clients, as outlined in the Service Users Support Plan. This role involves helping care recipients maintain their independence, working with them in a respectful, safe and dignified manner.

Care workers work with service users in many different aspects of their day-to-day life, both in their homes and in community settings.
